--- No Hassle! UP TO 30 DAYS FOR RETURNS FOR CREDIT/EXCHANGE ---

All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA#). Products that are returned without an RMA# will NOT be credited to your account. This applies to refused packages, please call us first. Promotional discounts applied at time of order are not refundable.

The Return Process:

  1. Contact AvisBag.com within 30 days of receipt of unused product and request an RMA# for either credit, exchange, or refund. To request a refund (minus shipping if it's not due to our error, see #5 below), the RMA# must be issued within 15 days of original invoice date.
  2. All packages must be sent to AvisBag.com in original box or double boxed via prepaid freight with a copy of the invoice.
  3. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging in resellable condition, including all parts, accessories and manuals.
  4. Returned merchandise which is found to be without defect will be processed with 15% restocking fee. If product is not resellable (doesn't apply to defects in manufacturing)it is subject to a processing fee of up to 30% of the purchase price.
  5. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return was initiated due to an error of our own (mis-shipped, wrong product, defective product).

WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF 50 US STATES AND CANADA. IF YOU NEED TO EXPORT ITEMS YOU MUST ARRANGE IT YOURSELF. WE WILL SHIP AS FAR AS A US PORT WHERE YOU CAN ARRANGE AIR OR OCEAN FREIGHT FROM THERE.

YOU EITHER TAKE OUR DELIVERY METHODS, PAYABLE TO US OR PICK-UP YOUR OWN ITEMS. WE WILL NOT ARRANGE FOR OR PAY A THIRD PARTY.
